Part-Time Educational Consultant
Supports schools and districts in the Tri-State area, with a primary focus on New York City. This role centers on strengthening instructional leadership, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making within K–12 settings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coaching educational leaders, developing and implementing effective school systems, and fostering collaborative cultures that drive student achievement.
At least four years of experience as a principal or assistant principal is required.
This flexible position offers the opportunity to partner with diverse schools across the region, guiding them through leadership development initiatives, improvement planning, and systems alignment. Consultants will facilitate leadership training, analyze organizational data, and collaborate with stakeholders to create actionable, sustainable plans. The position averages 2–3 days per week, with competitive daily compensation based on experience, and will primarily involve in-person support within New York City’s five boroughs.
