Lead to Empower (LTE) partners with schools and districts to strengthen leadership, improve instructional systems, and drive student achievement. Our mission is to close opportunity gaps by empowering educators with the tools, strategies, and coaching they need to succeed.
We are seeking experienced Educational Consultants to support leadership development and school improvement efforts across New York City and the broader Tri-State area. This is a flexible, part-time position averaging 2โ3 days per week, ideal for experienced school leaders passionate about advancing equity and student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Educational Consultant โ Kโ12 Leadership, you will:

Provide on-site coaching and support to principals, assistant principals, and school leadership teams.

Facilitate professional learning sessions on instructional leadership, strategic planning, and systems alignment.

Guide schools through cycles of data-driven decision-making and improvement planning.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement sustainable solutions.

Support the development of collaborative school cultures that prioritize student achievement.

Deliver actionable feedback and tools that help leaders build capacity and accelerate progress.
Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience as a principal or assistant principal.

Proven track record of improving student outcomes through school leadership and systems improvement.

Strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability to analyze organizational data and translate findings into strategy.

Experience leading in urban Kโ12 school contexts.
Preferred Qualifications

Masterโs degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.

Experience coaching or mentoring school leaders.

Knowledge of culturally responsive leadership practices.

Comfort working with diverse stakeholders across schools and districts.
