Part-Time ELA Instructional Coaches
Supports K–12 schools in strengthening teaching and learning practices. Coaches will partner with school leaders and teachers to unpack curriculum, explore and model best instructional practices, and provide targeted professional learning on scaffolding content for diverse learners. The ideal candidates will bring deep content knowledge in either Math or ELA, at least five years of teaching experience in an urban school setting, and a strong ability to guide teachers in planning, adapting, and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.
In this role, coaches will work directly with teachers to provide resources, co-plan lessons, and facilitate internalization sessions that prepare educators to deliver instruction with clarity, engagement, and rigor. This part-time position averages 2–3 days per week and offers competitive hourly compensation based on experience. Coaches may serve schools across multiple grade levels and will be expected to build collaborative, trust-based relationships that drive instructional improvement and student achievement.
