MEET ROSE
Rose is a certified career and small business coach who works with career women and female entrepreneurs looking to unleash their potential and achieve personal and professional greatness.  Rose has worked with leaders in non-profits, small businesses, and corporations.  She specializes in and is most passionate about helping highly motivated women achieve their higher purpose.  A member of the International Coach Federation, Rose's ideal clients are those committed to achieving financial freedom and emotional fulfillment through self-mastery.  Typically she's retained by sales managers and directors to work with high potential recruits and successful producers. Her coaching services are designed to help her clients:

  • Create a vision for the future and a plan to get there
  • Become more confident throughout the sales process  
  • Overcome mental challenges that prevent success
  • Raise emotional intelligence and awareness to improve relationship building

An entrepreneur at heart, Rose left the corporate world in the spring of 2009 to pursue her passion for helping people live more fulfilling lives and achieve financial security. Before founding Lead To Empower, Rose worked in the financial industry for 4 years and spent 3 years in Japan working as a translator/ interpreter.
 
A licensed financial advisor, Rose holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs with concentrations in business and economics from the Fletcher School at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Japanese from Tufts University. She received her Certified Professional Coach and Certified Energy Leadership Coach designations from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and presently resides in Dallas where she enriches her life through her involvement with the Junior League of Dallas, her wonderful friends, and the mighty 4 year old beagle.
