MEET ROSE

Rose Jeudi is a certifid leadership and executive coach who works with managers who want to become inspiring and engaging leaders, and individuals looking to unleash their passion and potential to achieve extraordinary results.  A member of the International Coach Federation, her ideal clients are those who are committed to achieving financial success and emotional fulfillment through professional development and personal growth.

Her coaching services are designed to help leaders:
  • Achieve the outcomes they want in their work and in their relationships
  • Make successful transitions into new roles and responsibilities
  • Expand their capacity to manage change

 Rose has worked with leaders in non-profits, small businesses, government and corporations. Typically she's retained to work with a leader who has assumed a new position, is being groomed for a higher position, or to address an issue that is limiting the effectiveness of the leader or a team.
 
An entrepreneur at heart, Rose left the corporate world in the spring of 2009 to pursue her passion for helping people live more fulfilling lives. Before founding Lead To Empower, Rose worked in the financial industry for 4 years and spent 3 years in Japan working as an English translator and interpreter for visiting officials and political guests. 

Rose holds a
Master of Arts in International Affairs with concentrations in business and economics from the Fletcher School at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Japanese from Tufts University. She received her Certified Executive Coach and Certified Energy Leadership Coach designations from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and presently resides in Dallas enriching her life through her involvement with the Junior League of Dallas, her wonderful friends, and the mighty 4 year old beagle.
