LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES
The Leadership Development Series contain six 1 hour teleclasses that will provide you with a road map to acquire the tools that will put you on the leadership track.  The program will meet once a month for 6 months to allow you plenty of time to process and implement the previous month's topic and assignments. 
MENTORING
Mentoring is one of the most important tools you will have at your disposal to achieve career success. The first part of the series will teach you a step-by-step process to figuring what you are looking for in a mentor, identifying and approaching a potential mentor, and crafting a successful strategy that will help your mentor shepard you to career success.
NETWORKING
If you find yourself cringing at the thought of attending another networking event or feel uncomfortable at the thought of talking about yourself in public, then you have not been networking properly and you are missing one of the better tools to advance your career.  The 2nd part of the series will teach the most introverted professional how to build mutually beneficial relationships.
NEGOTIATING
Being able to ask for and negotiate for what you want is the only way to get what you want. In this part of the series you will discover why "women don't ask" and learn how to counter those limiting beliefs and assumptions that gets in the way of your success. 
MANAGING UP

At Lead To Empower, we believe that the question is not if you are a leader, but what kind of a leader are you? You do not need the authority of a job title to be a leader. Learn how you can lead in all aspects of your life by motivating, inspiring, and engaging your co-workers.

AUTHENTICITY
To be an effective leader you must act with authenticity and integrity.  In the 5th pat of the series, you'll explore who you are and what it means for you to be authentic.  You'll focus on your personal and professional values and what kind of leader you want to be.
CREATIVITY
Being a successful leader requires that you take calculated risks and constantly rethinking the means by which goals are achieved. In the last part of the series you will learn to rely on your instincts to adapt to fit new circumstances.
