TOPIC 1 – CREATE YOUR IDEAL IMAGE
Knowing who you are and who you want to be focuses you and creates momentum for success. You will not only define your ideal image but we will help you link this vision of yourself to your internal motivations and desires.

TOPIC 2 – DEFINE SUCCESS
Your definition of success can include many things. It may involve your ideal image, building a successful business, reaching certain sales targets, developing your sales team, and/or winning a specific customer. You will learn to inspire and motivate yourself and others through a powerful vision that will fuel your success.

TOPIC 3 – REMOVE BARRIERS TO SUCCESS
Anything you aren’t achieving is due to fear or resistance you have to rejection and hearing the word “no” from your prospects and clients. This state of mind slows you down, create stress, limit your ability to help your clients and block your natural talent.  You will learn what's holding you back from success and what to do to break through your limitations and restraints.

TOPIC 4 – ATTRACT YOUR IDEAL CUSTOMER
When you define and focus on the kinds of customers you want to attract, you will attract your ideal client and increase your likelihood of success. Being clear on who your ideal client is creates confidence, focus, direction, and trust – all foundations for building a successful business.  

TOPIC 5 – GAIN AND RETAIN MORE CUSTOMERS
Don't sell, Coach!  Coaching, as opposed to selling to, your customers is a solutions oriented approach. Coaching is a positive and uplifting process that enables the client to become aware of and express their goals and wants and then find the solution that they are searching for. When you coach a customer you allow them to naturally conclude that your product is the solution that they need.

TOPIC 6 – COMMUNICATE TO WIN THE BUSINESS
Dynamic communication makes use of your intuitive listening skills, enabling you to assess your prospects' engagement in each step of the sale process.  When you understand and then communicate to your clients and prospects "what’s in it for them,” you create trust, confidence, and credibility. The probability of buy-in increases, resistance lessens or is eliminated, engagement increases, and the pathway to “yes” widens.

TOPIC 7 – THE ONE WORD THAT WILL REVOLUTIONIZE YOUR BUSINESS
When you hold on to something that no longer serves a purpose or cannot add value to your business, you begin to impede your progress. If you refuse to “let go” out of need, desperation, or desire to “win at all costs,” you waste your time and precious energy.  The successful business owner knows when to “cut their losses” and give up on a prospect or fire a client.  You will learn the one world that will allow you to let go of the fear that gets in the way or your prospecting and getting more clients.
