The Lead To Empower Five Step Process
1. Determine where you are right now.What challenges are you currently facing in your career.
2. Determine where you want to go.    What's your ideal career? If you are unsure, as many people are, I have a process to help you figure it out.

3. Create a plan to get there.
The difference between those who “have” and those who “have not” is the creation of a plan.

4. Break down the plan into specific and measurable goals.
Many people have great ideas. For success, you must ACT on them! I help you do that by keeping you accountable, focused, and inspired to execute your plan.

5.. Discover what's holding you back. What is keeping you from having the career and the life you really want? We identify those fears, concerns, and obstacles that are holding you back and devise strategies to overcome them.

From time to time we reward people for their actions and have fun "punishments" for those that procrastinate.
