  5. Business Planning: Here we determine your exit strategy, and how this impacts your revenue and sales targets, as well as getting you started on a simple Two Page Business Plan to help you set some clear targets for the next 12 months.
  6. Key Performance Indicators: We identify ways to measure the health of your business and help you set targets to keep your business on track.
  7. Keep Your Clients: Given that it takes five times as much resources to acquire a new client than to retain one, we examine what you are doing to keep your current clients happy.
  8. Marketing: We help you discover ways to get more of the customers you really want and to create a coherent and sustainable marketing strategy to attract them, using both online and offline methods. Each of the modules below is packed with audios and videos to show you the step-by-step approach to getting each of these tools right, even if you’ve never used them before.
  9. Social Media Marketing: A guide to why you’d want to do it, the pros and con of social media marketing.  Blogging:  step-by-step instructions as to how to set up a blog and create your first post and page; ideas for content and how to find the time to keep blogging.  Twitter: Step-by-Step tutorials taking your right from setting up your Twitter account to how to use Tweetdeck to manage your time effectively.  Blogtalk radio: how you can use this tool to grow your business. Not at all. You create a username and password that gives you access to your own private online platform. This is a private area that can be accessed by only you and me, and I will be logging in every week to check on your progress and hold you accountable. 

How long do I get access to all the content?
